Lead refers to the potential customer data, in this case, leads will be captured during the tradeshow events. Data is captured through scanning the official event badges or through manual data entry.
Badge Scan
Badges normally have a bar code or QR code printed on them to identify the show attendee and retrieve their information. The lead capture application will recognize the QR code on scanning and will auto-update the form in the Lead Capture application.
To scan a badge, follow the below steps:
Log-in to your Lead Capture application using your User ID and Password
Home Screen
You will be directed to the homepage once you successfully validate your user account. Tap on the 'Scan Badge' option to scan a badge
The device camera would turn on to capture the QR code. Place the badge containing the QR code within the camera view, adjust the device position as required until the camera recognizes the QR code
Add a caption...
Based on the QR code scanned, the data form should auto-update. Make sure you have all the required form fields. A good idea would be to verify the auto-updated form information with the attendee.
Click on the 'SUBMIT' button at the bottom at the bottom of the form, once done. Your application will give you form submission confirmation.
*Please do not close your browser before you receive a submission confirmation, doing so may lead to data loss*

Manual Entry
In case you are unable to scan a badge during the show, you can manually input the form with the attendee's information. To input information manually, follow the below steps:
Log-in to your Lead Capture application using your User ID and Password
Home Page
You will be directed to the homepage once you successfully validate your user account. Tap on the 'Manual Input' option to manually update the form. Make sure to input all mandatory fields
Once you have input all the required information, click on the 'SUBMIT' button at the bottom of the form. Your application will give you a form submission confirmation.

Report an Issue
To report an issue with the application, follow the below steps:
Log-in to your Lead Capture application using your User ID and Password
You will be directed to the homepage once you successfully validate your user account. Tap on the 'Provide Feedback' text
Type your issue/feedback within the given textbox

Click on the 'SUBMIT' button to register your issue
