Password Reset

User password can be reset within the user account or through forgot password on the login page.

Reset Password and Updating User Details

    Log-in to your Lead Capture application using your User ID and Password
    Click on the 'Admin' CTA on the navigation bar, and under the drop-down menu select 'View Account'. This page will display your user details and reset password section
    To Update your Profile Name: Under the 'Your Profile' section you can change your First/Last Name. Make sure to click the 'SAVE NAMES' button once you have entered your new name in the given text boxes
    To Reset your password: Scroll down on the same page. Go to the 'Reset Password' section. In the 'Current Password' text field enter the current password you use to login to the application. Next, enter the new password you wish to set in the 'New Password' text field, and finally confirm the new password you wish to set in the 'New Password Confirm' text field.
Note: Please make sure you match the new password on both the 'New Password' and 'New Password Confirm' text fields, to successfully reset your password. The application will display an error message if you fail to match your password in the above field.

Forgot Password

Under circumstances when you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password through the Lead Capture Web App Login Page
    Open your choice of web browser and enter the URL
    On the login screen, click on the 'Forgot Password' CTA, which can be found below the Email Address and Password textbox
    Then enter the email address associated with your user account (should be the same as the one you previously used to log in) and then click the button below 'RESET PASSWORD'. An email will be sent to your official email inbox folder. Ensure you use an email account to which you have access
    Alternatively, if you do not remember your email address or have trouble following these steps, please reach out to the admin user to reset your login credentials
