Troubleshooting

The app will attempt to restart if there are any issues detected, but if you are still facing issues - please try each step before moving on to the next:
    The app will prompt you to start again, please go through the process again and check to see if it works
    Check that the iPad is properly powered
    Check that the iPad is connected to the Internet
    Turn the iPad off and on again, follow  steps to relaunch the application
