Troubleshooting

Following are some troubleshooting steps you can do if any issues are experienced:
  • Exiting the Game to Access the Computer:To exit the game, press ALT + F4 together on your keyboard.
  • Relaunching the Game: Double-click "Spin-to-Win.exe" in the main folder, this will open the game window. All folders are on the desktop screen.
  • Power Outage Recovery:If the power cuts out, the computer is set to automatically restart. After the reboot, simply enter the computer's password ('2024'), and the game will relaunch automatically. The game will resume from where it left off. If you wish to start fresh, press U to open the admin panel, reset the show timings, and adjust the number of prizes before letting users play again.Note: It is recommended that the admin verify the setup configuration in the admin panel following a power outage.
  • Unresponsive Hardware:&#xNAN;- Check Power Supply: Ensure the device is powered on. Check the power cable and connections.&#xNAN;- Inspect Wireless Connections: Check that the device is paired or connected properly. Ensure the batteries in wireless peripherals are not dead.&#xNAN;- Restart the Computer: Restart your computer to resolve temporary software issues.
  • Incorrect GPU Times:If the GPU times appear to be incorrect, close the game by pressing ALT + F4 together. Check if the computer's local time matches the user’s local time. If they are different, go to the system settings and update the date and time. Once done, relaunch the game.To update the computer time:- Open Settings: Click on the Search icon in the taskbar, type Settings in the search bar, and then select the gear icon from the search results to open Settings. - Go to Time & Language: In the Settings window, choose Time & Language. - Set the Time: Under the Date & Time tab, toggle off Set time automatically if it's on. - Change Date and Time: Click Change under "Set the date and time manually," adjust the time, and press Change to confirm.- Relaunch Game: Verify the newly set time and relaunch the game.
  • Reinstalling the Game:To reinstall the game, delete the current game folder and extract a fresh copy from the compressed folder on your desktop. Open the new folder and launch the game by running the .exe file. Then, use the admin panel (by pressing the 'U' key) to set up the wheels and prizes values before starting the game.
  • Touch Gesture Issues:The computer is configured to ignore multiple touch gestures as they can disrupt gameplay. If touch gestures seem to be causing issues, go to Settings > Touch Settings and disable three- and four-finger gestures. Afterward, press R to reset the game and continue playing as usual.Note: This is not recommended unless necessary.
