Following are some troubleshooting steps you can do if any issues are experienced:
- To exit the game, press together on your keyboard.
- Double-click "Spin-to-Win.exe" in the main folder, this will open the game window. All folders are on the desktop screen.
- :If the power cuts out, the computer is set to automatically restart. After the reboot, simply enter the computer's password ('2024'), and the game will relaunch automatically. The game will resume from where it left off. If you wish to start fresh, press to open the admin panel, reset the show timings, and adjust the number of prizes before letting users play again. It is recommended that the admin verify the setup configuration in the admin panel following a power outage.
- &#xNAN; Ensure the device is powered on. Check the power cable and connections.&#xNAN; Check that the device is paired or connected properly. Ensure the batteries in wireless peripherals are not dead.&#xNAN; Restart your computer to resolve temporary software issues.
- :If the GPU times appear to be incorrect, close the game by pressing together. Check if the computer's local time matches the user’s local time. If they are different, go to the system settings and update the date and time. Once done, relaunch the game.To update the computer time:- : Click on the Search icon in the taskbar, type Settings in the search bar, and then select the gear icon from the search results to open Settings. - : In the Settings window, choose Time & Language. - Under the Date & Time tab, toggle off Set time automatically if it's on. - Click Change under "Set the date and time manually," adjust the time, and press Change to confirm.- : Verify the newly set time and relaunch the game.
- :To reinstall the game, delete the current game folder and extract a fresh copy from the compressed folder on your desktop. Open the new folder and launch the game by running the .exe file. Then, use the admin panel (by pressing the ' key) to set up the wheels and prizes values before starting the game.
- :The computer is configured to ignore multiple touch gestures as they can disrupt gameplay. If touch gestures seem to be causing issues, go to > and disable three- and four-finger gestures. Afterward, press to reset the game and continue playing as usual.Note: This is not recommended unless necessary.
